The administration of Ikeja Toastmasters has entered a new era following the election of a President, Vice, Secretary, Treasurer and Sergent at Arm after the last administration ended in June 30, 2014. Toastmaster Owolabi Ibrahim, 22, has reached the greatest height as the youngest ever on the planet to be awarded the “Distinguished Toastmaster” title in the nonprofit international educational organization, Toastmasters International club that teaches public speaking and leadership skills. Member of the Ikeja branch of the club TM Hammed Olawale said “Owolabi’s achievement is not only because he is the youngest human that has ever done it but also because he has broaden the chances of a brighter tomorrow for the country by achieving an interesting goal in this distressing time to be a youth in Nigeria”. “He has seized the future he pictured and has charged the entirely youth populace to be youthful by being fruitful through personal development.
