Funke Akindele a.k.a Jennifa Confirms Separation From Husband

Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele has confirmed the collapse of her one year old wedding.

A statement by her publicist, Ayo Ola- Muhammed on Friday made the confirmation stating that “on behalf of our client, star actress, Funke Akindele, we want to formally inform you that after due consultation and consideration, she’s now separated from Mr. Kehinde Oloyede as his wife.”

“She hereby urges her fans and all concerned to pray and wish her the best as she moves on in her career.”




The statement was further authenticated with the claim that “this is the first and only official statement from Funke Akindele on the matter and will be glad if her wish is respected” the statement concluded.

The famed actress tied the knot with Kehinde Oloyede in an elaborate traditional wedding ceremony in May 2012.

IBB, a fool at 70 –Obasanjo •Defends his role in privatization

OBJ Former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo yesterday responded to General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida’s dismissal of his eight-year rule as a failure, describing the former military president as a fool at 70. Babangida had on Tuesday in Minna, Niger State on the occasion of his 70th birthday, described Obasanjo as lacking in foresight and imagination. Barely 48 hours after, Obasanjo replied him.
